I'm a UX designer with 5+ years navigating complex, regulated industries including healthcare, fintech, insurance, and agtech. I'm most energized by the hard problems: flows with ten edge cases, stakeholders with competing priorities, and users who are experts in their field.
I care about the whole system, not just the screen. That means working closely with product and engineering, writing clear specs, and advocating for users when business constraints push back.
